Dear Job Seeker,
This is a silly website, but a very serious topic. Job hunting is emotionally brutal. Facing insecurities, acknowledging where you stand out and don't, and having to package a messy human being into a perfect unique package.
AI was poised to make that easier on us, but it's made it harder. It's now extremely easy for every single half-witted dodo on this planet to be a 70% good interview. This means that the person that's naturally a 70% now needs to be a 90%!
The thing about 90% is... it might seem like there are no wrong answers. It's all subjective, right?! Wrong. In some cases there are objectively right and wrong answers. But AI can't help you build them, and it ceeeeeertainly cannot help you stand out.
I can, and I'd love to. Because there is something magical and unique about every single one of us. You just haven't found it yet because AI's telling all your competitors the same bullsh!t and your mom can't be objective. I can and I sure as sh!t will.
See you soon,
Ali
